Our Code of Practice outlines the values we hold, and our commitment to client-centred practice in our work at ACON. The Code of Practice aims to maximise client satisfaction and communicate to people their rights and levels of service they can expect from us.
A key component of building and maintaining satisfaction with services is a clear and effective complaints procedure.
