We are proud to work in partnership with Boomalli in presenting its annual Mardi Gras season exhibition celebrating the work of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists of diverse sexual and gender identities.

These shows include both performing and visual arts across a variety of media, as well as associated gatherings and satellite events such as forums. These gatherings provide many opportunities for the strengthening of our diverse communities and for distribution of health promotion resources to parts of the community we might not otherwise reach. Support of cultural expression has also led to innovative ways of working together such as the incorporation of artists’ work into health promotion resources.
