Mekong consultation

During October/November of 2008, ACON and the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand conducted a consultation with MSM organisations and other stakeholders in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.  Funded by AusAID, the consultation sought to develop a collaborative framework to link MSM organisations together in the Mekong region. This project strengthened links for ACON and RSAT in the region and will be used to inform program development and proposals to support international cooperation to address the growing threat of HIV to MSM in the Mekong.
