SMART Recovery is a voluntary, peer-managed self help group that assists you to recover from alcohol and drug use.

This program helps individuals gain independence from addictive behaviours, offering specific tools and techniques for:

• Enhancing and maintaining motivation
• Coping with cravings
• Problem solving
• Lifestyle balance

It is absolutely free to attend. Our first group will be held in March at ACON Community Space. Please remember, ACON is a safe space for the GLBTI community and their friends.
